Promotion System
According to yearly personnel evaluations and the deliberation of the Personnel Committee, Konan Technology selects those who qualify from each position level for promotions, actively striving to discover talented employees.
Reward System
Konan Technology operates an accumulative basic salary system where wages are provided on the 21st of the month and a non-accumulative incentive system where employees are rewarded yearly according to individual and company-level performances.
Evaluation System
Konan Technology operates a performance evaluation system and also operates a capability evaluation system, which is conducted according to employees’ position and task characteristics.
The results of the performance and capability evaluations are used as screening materials for individual employees’ salary, promotions, etc.
Recognition of Academic Level and Work Experience
Work experience (career) is acknowledged according to the company’s standards regarding graduates (candidates) with a master’s degree or above.
Work experience of 6 months or longer is processed for reasonable career calculations by determining whether such experience is identical or similar to the applied area.

According to task characteristics, Konan Technology’s work groups are divided into three categories, including research & development personnel, consultants, and general staff.
